At Pryde's Kitchen & Necessities, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools and home decor. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your kitchen, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our storefront to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
